1. Payment Verification and Order Processing

2. Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, during standard working hours, excluding Spanish public holidays.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

5. Handling and Delivery Conditions

  • All products are packaged securely to protect against damage during transit.
  • Upon delivery, customers must inspect the package before signing the courier’s delivery confirmation.
  • Any visible damage to the packaging or products must be reported immediately to both the courier and Urban Threads EU within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Standard delivery includes doorstep or building entrance delivery. Additional services (such as special packaging or express shipping) may be available at checkout for an extra fee.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

While we aim to deliver within the stated timelines, unforeseen events may cause delays, such as:

  • Customs clearance delays in non-EU destinations.
  • Global supply chain disruptions (e.g., port congestion, fuel shortages, pandemic restrictions).
  • Local delivery restrictions in certain regions.

We will inform you of any significant delay and work with our logistics partners to minimize disruptions.
